Paver Block Plant Requirement

Basic Machinery Requirement for New Paver Block Plant

  • 2 Vibrating Table
  • 1 Colour Mixture ( for color or Top mix of Tile )
  • 1 Concrete mixture/ 1 Pan Mixture
  • Air Compressor ( for spray Coating )
  • Electronic Weight Scale
  • PVC/Plastic/Fiber Moulds
  • Land for new paver block plant requirement

Moulds Differentiation


Pvc Moulds:
Superior Quality, expensive as compared to plastic ones, running duration is more & can also be melted & reused.
Plastic Moulds:
Cheap, good if tile order is more & client don’t want to spend bulk amount for production because PVC moulds are approx 7-8 times costlier than plastic ones.
Fiber Moulds:
Fiber moulds are customized moulds & heavy blocks or any customized cement product such as bridge side moulds are made in fiber. Readily available moulds available in it are treeguard moulds, Park Benches moulds, mainhole cover moulds, drain cover moulds, boundary wall moulds etc..
Ms-Iron Moulds:
These Moulds are required for hydraulic Press or any big cement bloc
